Leads4You

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Who we are

Leads4You ("we", "us", "our") runs done-for-you Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns for service businesses and delivers qualified leads to your team. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

2. The data we collect

  • Information you give us — name, email, phone number, business details, and campaign brief answers you provide when you book a discovery call or become a client.
  • Lead data — the names, emails, and phone numbers of leads generated through your campaigns, which we deliver to you and/or your CRM.
  • Usage data — pages visited, referral source, and basic device/browser information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Why we use your data

  • To run, optimise, and report on your ad campaigns.
  • To deliver leads to you by phone, email, and into the CRM we provide or your own CRM.
  • To follow up with leads on your behalf, including via our AI.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide support.
  • To send the Friday report and other campaign updates.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

4. Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We process personal data under the following lawful bases: performance of a contract (running your campaigns and delivering leads), legitimate interests (service improvement, security, and reporting), consent (marketing communications and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (record-keeping and tax).

5. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it. The Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad platforms may set their own cookies when you interact with our ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

6. Sharing your data

We share data only with the service providers we need to deliver your campaigns — ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), your CRM, email and SMS providers, and our analytics and hosting providers. We never sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal obligations. Campaign and lead data is retained for the duration of your engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards for reporting and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted internal access. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
